The Departments of Social Work and Nutrition & Dietetics Sciences (School of Health Sciences) and the Department of Business Administration and Tourism (School of Administrative Sciences and Economics) of the Hellenic Mediterranean University organize an Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program (MSc) titled “Interdisciplinary Management of Chronic Diseases, Disability and Aging,” offering three specializations:
I. Leadership in Interdisciplinary Health & Social Care Teams
II. Social Work in the Management of Chronic Diseases and Disability
III. Evidence-based Dietetics Practice in the Management of Chronic Diseases and Disability
